NY Cupcake Giant Closes Its Doors

Crumbs Cupcakes are no more.  The huge, gourmet cupcakes that many of us make a point of grabbing when down in New York are no longer available for purchase.  According to the NY Daily News, Crumbs Bake Shop notified their employees on Monday that they would close their doors.  On July 1st, Crumbs was taken off of the Nasdaq exchange because of their lack of profits.

Most employees found out about the shuttering of the stores through social media and customers rushing in for one final fix.
