A List Worth Checking Twice

The holidays are here, and we all want to do right by the kids on our holiday lists…and that means not just making them happy, but also keeping them safe.  This week the New York Public Interest Research Group released a list of toys that are potentially unsafe, and I’m sharing that list with you.

The report’s list of potentially unsafe toys includes:

– Marvel Superhero Square Soft Shield — contains lead

– Disney Baby Snow White Doll — possible choking hazard

– N-Strike Jolt Blaster — possible eye injury

– Big Rock and Roll Ballpit — possible impact injuries

– Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Pencil Case — contains cadmium and phthalates

So, keep this list in mind as you do your shopping this year…
