We challenged 6-year-old golfing champion, Isaiah Adel, to a putting contest. You can probably guess what happened next.

Adel says he loves playing golf. And according to his father, Christian Adel, that passion for the game came at a very early age. After picking up a plastic toy golf club and goofing around in the living room Isaiah was hooked. So dad decided to take his son on a trip to Dick's Sporting Goods to search for the smallest clubs he could find. After getting them cut down even more, Isaiah took to the backyard and hasn't stopped playing. The family has even installed a net in the basement so Isaiah could practice his swing all winter long.

Isaiah plays for US Kids Golf and according to their website, Isaiah has come in first place in the last three tournaments, leading in points for the entire tour and nearly doubling his closest competetor. In August Isaiah will be taking his skills down to Pinehurst, North Carolina for the Kids Golf World Championships. Adel will be one of 1,800 kids from all over the world to compete.

You'd think most kids would feel at least a little pressure playing with the best in the world, but Adel's parents make sure golf remains all about fun. Christian tells us that his main focus is that his son is having a good time and enjoying himself. And from the look on Isaiah's face as he showed off his skills in our studio, it's clear that Isaiah is having a blast.
