New York State Police raided an Orange County grow operation on Thursday, authorities announced.

State police along with Town of Warwick Police Department officers executed search warrants at several locations in the county. Authorities seized 340 marijuana plants, equipment used to grow the plants, 11 pounds of processed marijuana, a .38 caliber handgun and $2,500.

One of the search warrants was executed at 103 Cosh Road in the Town of Minisink after authorities received reports of unusual activity at the residence.

Isaac Lugo, 29, of Warwick was found inside the home and charged with felony criminal possession of marijuana. He was arraigned in the Town of Minisink and remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 16.

The raid was the result of a three-month investigation conducted by the New York State Police and the Orange County District Attorney’s office. The investigation is ongoing and the New York State Police said more arrests are expected.
