Three people are behind bars after they were allegedly found with nearly 200 grams of crack cocaine.

On Saturday just before 6 p.m., City of Newburgh Police responded to a home on First Street for reports of someone threatening others with a gun.

As arriving officers were searching the area they found man who matched the description in the doorway of the home. 47-year-old Nathaniel Burden of the City of Newburgh charged with menacing, a misdemeanor.

As authorities continued to search the area, 198.5 grams of crack cocaine was discovered, police say. 37-year-old Darci Hill and 45-year-old Connie Boykin Jr. were both arrested for second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, felonies.

All three are being held pending arraignment in City of Newburgh Court.
