According to NBC News, two window washers were trapped Wednesday on a scaffold  69 stories above ground off the face of 1 World Trade Center in New York. Fire officials say that while on their way to the top of the tower one of the motorized cables supporting the scaffold either snapped or came loose. Luckily, the workers were wearing harnesses and don't appear to be in imminent danger. Fire fighters are currently in the rescue process.

UPDATE: 7online is reporting that the men have been rescued.
