Devin Giordano and Jennifer Molyneaux were indicted on murder, arson, burglary and conspiracy charges stemming from an August incident that left an 81 year old Goshen women dead.

The indictment details a series of acts leading up to and following the homicide. According to the allegations outlined in the conspiracy counts, between Aug. 1 and Aug. 2, in the presence of others including Molyneaux, Giordano discussed burglarizing a house while a woman was home, to take money and/or drugs, and solicited at least one other person to participate. Court papers say Giordano discussed that if the woman woke up, he would knock her out.
