2 Hour Delays and Black Ice Add to Tuesday Morning Woes

Getting back to normal after yesterday's heavy snow is going to take a bit more time. This morning's negative temperatures are making it difficult to get buses out on the road and keep traffic moving.

Poughkeepsie was at -2 at 6am this morning, which is causing problems on the roadways with black ice. Even salted roads can be icy when temperatures dip this low, so extra precaution is urged for motorists in the Hudson Valley today. Tuesday's high temperatures will only be in the mid 20's, which means that cleanup from yesterday's snowfall will be even more difficult.
