Police arrested two men from Orange County after they were allegedly found with a loaded gun, lots of heroin, cocaine, and more.

New York State Police from Montgomery pulled over a car for an alleged traffic violation in the City of Newburgh. During the traffic stop, the driver, 27-year-old Justin K. Deines, of Newburgh was driving with a suspended license, police say.

Deines is also accused of being in possession of a pipe that contained weed. A search of the vehicle yielded a defaced .40 caliber Smith and Wesson handgun, which was fully loaded, authorities say.

The passenger, 25-year-old Rayshawn Reynolds, also from Newburgh, was allegedly found with 140 bags of heroin, packaged with the intent to sell, and close to 2 grams of cocaine.

Deines was charged with second and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, felonies, unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation and several vehicle and law violations, including driving with a suspended license.

Reynolds was arrested for third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, with the intent to sell, as well as fourth and fifth-degree degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, all felonies.

Deines and Reynolds were arraigned in the City of Newburgh Court and remanded to Orange County Jail. Deines in lieu of $30,000 cash bail and Reynolds $25,000.
